To ensure you get your BMW back on the road as soon as possible, claims settlement for Total Loss or Theft will be completed within a month.
INSTANT CLAIM PROCESSING
Instant claim processing of windscreen damage when repaired at a BMW Authorised Dealer.
GENUINE PARTS
Only BMW Authorised Dealers and genuine BMW parts are used.
TOTAL LOSS OR THEFT
If your BMW (first registered customer) is declared a Total Loss or Theft within the first 12 months of ownership, we will replace it with a brand new BMW.
WAIVER
Waiver of Betterment is applicable for vehicles up to 10 years.
NO PREMIUM LOADING & EXCESS
If your BMW is purchased from a BMW Authorised Dealer and the insurance is continuously renewed under BMW Comprehensive Motor Insurance Programme, there will be no Premium Loading and Excess for your car insurance.
In the events of an accident or loss:
- Contact Allianz Road Ranger at 1 800 22 5542.
- Lodge a police report within 24 hours.
- Submit the required claim documents.
- Take custody of your BMW once the repair works are complete.
